The paraglider is perhaps one of Link’s most indispensable items in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, allowing you to glide in the air across the world’s landscapes. When you first receive the paraglider, it has a simple neutral design, but you can customize it at the dye shop in Hateno Village.

Different paraglider fabrics can be obtained either by scanning amiibos, taking reference photos to show Sayge, or as a reward for completing side quests. Customizing your paraglider is an excellent way to honor your favorite characters or games from the series, as there are plenty of designs to choose from.

10 Lon Lon Ranch Fabric

To get the Lon Lon Ranch fabric, you’ll need to scan the Ocarina of Time Link amiibo until it drops. The fabric is bright blue with Lon Lon Ranch’s logo emblazoned on it, which features an adorable cow.

Although Lon Lon Ranch has been left to ruin in Tears of the Kingdom, you can still see its impact around Hyrule, as the Fresh Milk item bears the logo. Ocarina of Time’s Lon Lon Ranch is a fan-favorite location, so it’s a joy to see it represented as a paraglider fabric.

9 Majora’s Mask Fabric

Majora's Mask paraglider fabric in The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

This paraglider fabric pays homage to the titular Majora’s Mask, with the mask being the front and center of the design. If you want to use this fabric on your paraglider, though, you’ll need to scan the Majora’s Mask Link amiibo.

The mask’s bright yellow eyes are striking, as if they’re looking straight at you as you glide across Hyrule. You could pair this paraglider with the Fierce Deity Armor set, or even Majora’s Mask itself, for the complete look. If you want to bring the creepy essence of Majora’s Mask to Tears of the Kingdom, this is the paraglider fabric to use.

8 Hudson Construction Fabric

Hudson was a memorable NPC in Breath of the Wild, and in Tears of the Kingdom, his business, Hudson Construction, is flourishing. After completing the Home on Arrange side quest and building your dream home just outside of Tarrey Town, you’ll be given the Hudson Construction Fabric.

The paraglider fabric features the man himself, as well as Hylian writing that says, “Make own house.” Whenever you use this paraglider fabric, you’re spreading the good word about Hudson Construction, letting the people of Hyrule know where to go to build their dream home.

7 Korok Fabric

Korok paraglider fabric in The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

Just like in Breath of the Wild, Tears of the Kingdom’s Hyrule is covered in Koroks, and alongside solving their puzzles, you also have to help some of them reach their friends. If you complete The Secret Room side quest in Korok Forest by giving Oaki the flowers they want, you’ll receive the Korok fabric as a reward.

The Korok fabric is off-white with the Koroks’ leaf masks lining the top. The color of the tassels hanging off the paraglider also corresponds with the colors of the masks, helping to create a cohesive design.

6 Egg Fabric

The Egg fabric references Link’s Awakening, and as such, you can only receive it by scanning the Link’s Awakening amiibo. The fabric itself has a design that features the Wind Fish’s egg surrounded by clouds, similar to the game’s title screen.

The image used in the design is instantly recognizable, but it’s aesthetically pleasing too. The pink and blue color scheme used throughout this paraglider fabric is complementary, with it also being used on the tassels at the bottom. Pair it with the Awakening armor set, and you’ll feel like you’ve been transported straight to Koholint.

5 Tunic Of Memories

As the name implies, the Tunic of Memories fabric is a nostalgic design based on Link’s Champion Tunic from Breath of the Wild. You can get this fabric by scanning the Archer Link amiibo.

Breath of the Wild Link’s default blue garb was a change for the series, with the color chosen so that Link would stand out against the green scenery. The paraglider fabric is a direct recreation of the tunic, with the Master Sword emblem in the center and the pattern from the sleeves at the bottom.

4 Goddess Fabric

In Skyward Sword, Link is rewarded with the Sailcloth, handmade by Zelda, for winning the Wing Ceremony, and the design of it is replicated on the Goddess fabric. Tears of the Kingdom echoes elements of Skyward Sword with its floating sky islands, so using this fabric will remind you of jumping off Link’s Loftwing and onto the Surface below.

Similar to its Skyward Sword counterpart, the Goddess fabric is white and is emblazoned with the Hylian Crest in blue. It’s a simple design, but a nice homage to the game.

3 Demon King Fabric

Tears of the Kingdom saw the return of Ganondorf, who had not been seen in a mainline Zelda game since 2006’s Twilight Princess. To commemorate Ganondorf’s reappearance, you can use the Demon King fabric, which drops from the Ganondorf amiibo.

It’s a subtle design, featuring elements of Ganondorf’s symbols, such as the Gerudo Crest at the top of the fabric. It may be a little strange for the hero of Hyrule to don the Demon King’s emblem, but since it’s such a good design, how could you not?

2 Gleeok Fabric

Gleeoks first appeared in the original The Legend of Zelda as minibosses, and made their return in Tears of the Kingdom having not been seen since Phantom Hourglass. Gleeoks are formidable enemies in Tears of the Kingdom, having different elemental variants, but to get the paraglider fabric, you’ll have to get close enough to one to take a picture and then use it as a reference.

The Gleeok fabric does an excellent job of showing the dragon’s fearsome nature, as its three heads are silhouetted against the sun with a red glow. The patterning along the bottom is a nice finishing touch.

1 Mirror Of Twilight Fabric

In Twilight Princess, the Mirror of Twilight is the bridge between Hyrule and the Twilight Realm, with Ganondorf being sent to the latter through the mirror after his failed execution. In Tears of the Kingdom, the Mirror of Twilight fabric can be obtained by scanning the Wolf Link amiibo, though it is a somewhat rare drop.

The paraglider fabric has the mirror’s geometric pattern with an additional pink, yellow, and blue hue that almost looks holographic. When gliding at nighttime or in the Depths, the fabric glows, similar to how the mirror itself does.
